Faisal H. Al-Daihani, Managing Director of SADA since 2020, is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in oil and gas training, workforce development, and digital education transformation. He previously held key roles at Saudi Aramco, specializing in HR, training, and organizational leadership.

Holding a Master’s in Human Resources from Texas A&M University, Faisal has led SADA’s expansion, increasing training capacity, launching specialized diploma programs, and integrating cutting-edge digital learning systems to develop a highly skilled workforce for Saudi Arabia’s drilling industry.
