In my current role at Shell, leadership in field management and strategic execution define my contributions to major oil and gas developments. Leveraging over three years at the helm of export gas fields, I've honed competencies in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and reservoir characterization, ensuring our operations align with sustainable practices and stakeholder aspirations.

My technical and commercial background is fortified by my role in technical planning and integration, where I integrated project planning and risk management with operational execution. Collaborative engagements with joint venture partners and government agencies have been pivotal in aligning strategic objectives and budgets, while mentoring emerging leaders embodies my commitment to nurturing talent and driving performance within our teams.
