Arthur is an experienced oil and gas professional with over 20 years’ experience in both downstream and upstream operations.  He has held various leadership positions in projects, maintenance, HSE and operations in the US, Trinidad, Iraq and now the UK. He has spent the last 12 years working for bp including roles as HSE & Carbon Manager for bp’s Trinidad business and Operations Manager for the Rumaila Oilfield in Iraq. In April 2024, Arthur was appointed to the role of Business Advisor to the SVP HSE&C, Fuzzy Bitar.

Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Howard University in Washington, DC and is highly regarded for his operational experience and track record for implementing robust safety systems within complex operations.
