With almost 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, Badr has an extensive knowledge developing and implementing robust visions, people strategies, multicultural and performance structures.

During the last seventeen years at Saudi Aramco, he was involved in deploying plans to attract, recruit and relocate global talents in Saudi Arabia. He had the opportunity to participate in Saudi Aramco’s Diversity and Inclusion initiative by arranging recruitment events targeting Saudi females and persons with disabilities (PwD).

Badr holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Development from New York University, he also completed an MBA at Harvard Business School, in addition to certificates from MIT Sloan School of Management and Rice Business – Jones Graduate School of Business.
