Bogdan is with OMV since 2008 and has worked in various roles in the Upstream division. He has acquired experience working worldwide for OMV, both in on- and off-shore projects and operations, before moving into a management role.

Bogdan holds a double degree in Chemical Engineering as well as Finance and a Master`s degree in Management.

He took over the HSSE Business Partner for OMV Energy in 2022 and works with the divisional leadership team in managing HSSE globally for OMV Energy.
