Caroline is a French-German graduated drilling engineer and passionate health & safety professional with diverse experiences across the energy landscape. With this dual focus she started out with ENGIE E&P in Germany in the Well Operations Group, then joined Schlumberger as Wireline Field Engineer and eventually became a HSE Advisor for Aquaterra Energy. In 2020 Caroline joined Boskalis’ international dredging SHE-Q Pool to work on various projects in France and currently supports the dredging fleet incl. major repairs. She likes to travel, volunteer and network and was awarded the SPE Regional HSE Award for Europe - North Sea in 2020.
