Hatim Khalifa Al Owaid
Hatim serves as VP of Business Continuity Emergency Response & Crisis Management at ADNOC Group HSE. Hatim has held diverse roles during his 20-year career, ranging from Barge Captain, Marine Specialist, VP HSE Asset Integrity within ADNOC Drilling, VP HSE in ADNOC Offshore until he assumed his current role.
His experience in the Marine and Oil and Gas industry enables him to provide expert guidance and support to steer the organization and deliver on ADNOC strategies and initiatives.
In his current position in ADNOC, where HSE is the foundation of the company, Hatim champions HSE aligning personal and organizational visions.
He sits on the advisory committee for Gender Balance and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within ADNOC Group. His efforts continue to optimize the performance across all ADNOC group Companies. Hatim is a member of SPE and IADC and effectively participates in various joint industry projects, oil & gas conferences, and forums, conducted regionally and worldwide.
Hatim holds a Marine Engineer Graduate from Newcastle College, and a Certificate of Competency Class III from UK Maritime Coast Guard Agency
