Lujaina is a dynamic, forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in HSE managerial roles. Over the past decade, predominantly in the Middle East region with SLB, she has successfully directed numerous projects, offering innovative solutions and driving efficient delivery.

Notably, she holds the distinction of being the first female country HSE manager among oil service companies in Kuwait and the first female Omani country HSE manager in the MENA region.

Active in professional organizations, Lujaina is a member of SPE and has contributed significantly to industry initiatives and presented technical papers. She was also part of the IOGP Life Saving Rules task force from 2020 to 2021, playing a key role in developing Start Work Checks.
