His role involves strategic leadership, operational management, and community development to ensure safety excellence across Shell’s global operations. A Marine Engineer by background, Manoj has held key safety and operational roles at Shell in Dubai, the UK, the Netherlands, and India. His experience spans oil and gas upstream, downstream, and project operations. His skills include marine engineering, auditing, incident investigation, and safety management. Manoj is dedicated to fostering a strong safety culture and continuous improvement within the industry.
