Omar Obaid Al Nasri has been the CEO of ADNOC Onshore since October 2020. He first began his career at ADNOC Onshore in 2004 and has held several senior positions, including Vice President, Engineering and Projects, and Senior Vice President for Bab, North East Bab (NEB) and Gas, where he played a critical role in delivering the onshore concession.
Al Nasri has held several roles within ADNOC Group, including Onshore Manager, Exploration and Production and Production Unit Manager, Upstream. Between 2018 and 2020, he served as CEO of ADNOC Sour Gas.

Al Nasri serves as Chair of the Audit Committee on Al Dhafra Petroleum’s Board of Directors.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Arizona in Tucson and is a member of several professional bodies, including the American Society of Civil Engineers.
