Takhir is a knowledgeable HSE professional with 24 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. His expertise spans from establishment of HSE Policies, Management Systems, Occupational HSE Standards, Road Safety, Contractors Management, System Audits, Incidents Investigations, and Implementation of the HSE Culture Transformation programs. Additionally, throughout his career pathway, he worked as HSE adviser in international oilfield service companies and upstream oil and gas producer assignments.

His diversified career pathway enabled him to lead and practice formulation of Leadership and Transformation HSE practices, Digitalization programs, as well as the Behavior Change Strategies that were seemingly integrated with Corporate Vision and Business Strategy aiming at achieving ZERO HARM with 100% HSE in mind.

Currently, he is serving a managerial assignment at the ADNOC Onshore subsidiary Corporate office and acting as professional expert adviser on Strategic HSE Programs, Planning & Performance Management to ADNOC Leadership Team. Takhir is a bachelor of Law and International Economic Affairs in Oil and Gas and holder of Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Manchester.
