• Focusing on the HSE Culture Transformation Journey, with the goal of driving a high-performance culture by meeting business requirements and leading with excellence.
• Leads, plans and controls the development of HSE Strategy, System architecture and support, policies and procedures to meet Company’s current and developing requirements.
• Achieved 8 million safe manhours during a historic and complex Residue Fluid Catalytic Cracking Turnaround 2024 with more than 10,000 personnel from various disciplines and contractors..
• Successfully Transformed the HSE Organization Model from a Decentralized "silo-oriented model" to a Centralized cohesive organization that increased work efficiency, facilitated cross posting, optimized manpower and increased the level of engagement.
• Developed and implemented several HSE programs, including 'HSE Back to Basics', 'HSE Building on the Basics', 'HSE Accelerating Compliance and Effectiveness' & HSE ‘Horizon’. The objective of these programs was to improve culture, enhance processes & reduce the number of incidents

• Revised certain HR guidelines to support work life balance of female employees working at sites.
• Prepared a 3 year female intake plan to increase the number of females in the organization.
• Upscale our females by supporting their journey towards excellence by ensuring their involvement in strategic programs.
• Lead initiatives such as female circles, female connect & #i_am_remarkable to support females to speak up and take charge of their achievement
