Reserve Your Booth Space for the SPE International Conference on Oilfield Chemistry
ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF EXHIBIT SPACE:
- Exhibit Space is equally priced at USD 33 per square foot for indoor space (minimum reservation 100 square feet).
- Standard booth draping (8-ft. high drape backwall and 3-ft. high side rails) and identification sign (11 x 17 inch) with Exhibitor name and booth number will be provided to all linear booths. Any additional draping used must comply with the show color scheme and the published fire safety regulations.
- Two (2) Complimentary Full Conference Registrations per 100 sq. ft. of Exhibit Space.
- Two (2) Complimentary Guest Invites per 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space purchased to distribute to your clients.
- Exhibitor listing in the website event dashboard.
- Access to Proceedings to be emailed to primary contact prior to event.

Returning Exhibitors
To apply for booth space, please take the following steps:
- Review the Terms & Conditions carefully.
- Space is priced at USD 33 per square foot.
- Reference the live exhibit floorplan to view booth availability.
- Complete and submit the Online Exhibit Space Contract (if needed, please email for password assistance).
Note: Exhibitors are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
If your top 3 desired spaces are no longer available, we will assign a comparable space and send an email confirmation. If you see something you would prefer and it’s available (in blue), let us know and we will try to accommodate your request. Keep in mind, the floorplan changes constantly as assignments are in progress.
