Aflah Al Lawati joined the Oman Oil group in December 2013 and has been serving as the Vice President of Group Treasury since April 2021 and has 19 years of experience in financial advisory, corporate financing, implementing fiscal solutions, and raising capital.

His main responsibilities involve managing the treasury at OQ SAOC and improving the balance sheet to support OQ's strategic goals.

Aflah has a deep understanding of financial market principles, excels in communication, building relationships.

He holds a BSc in Commerce with a major in Finance from the University of Northern British Columbia in Prince George, BC, Canada, and a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in the UK.
