H.E. Mohsin Hamed Saif Al Hadhrami is a distinguished energy sector leader, currently serving as the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, Oman. He is also the Chairman of the Board at Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) and Chairman of the Board at the GCC Interconnection Authority (GCCIA.

With over 25 years of experience in the oil, gas, and energy industries, he has held key leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, driving strategic initiatives and innovation.

He began his career as an Exploration Geophysicist at PDO and later spent over two decades with Schlumberger, where he held various senior roles, including Managing Director for East Asia, General Manager for Oman, and Director of New Energy for MENA. His expertise spans energy transition, strategic marketing, operations management, and emerging technologies.
