Salman Al Maimani, PDO's HSE Director, is a seasoned engineer, scientist, and educationist with over 30 years of national and international experience. Holding a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds, Salman joined PDO in 1989 as a scholar. He has since held key roles in PDO and Shell Nigeria, including Wells Function Manager, focusing on talent development and capacity building, and Wells Contracts Manager, managing rigs, materials, and services. His expertise spans well delivery, deep drilling, and HPHT projects, overseeing diverse portfolios from exploration to development while driving innovation and excellence in the industry.
