Tasnim Al. Dawudi is a chemical engineer and inventor specialising in petroleum and renewable energy, with two patents in these fields. She has five years of experience as an R&D engineer at MBPS Oman, where she developed the first modified local drilling lubricants in the country. Her work focuses on integrating renewable energy and hydrogen power into the oil and gas sector, including the development of a hybrid reactor that enhances oil recovery by 40% and reduces costs by up to 30%. She has participated in innovation events across 10 countries, earning 8 gold prizes and securing first place among Gulf patents. Tasnim also won first place in the Falling Walls competition, representing Oman in Berlin.
