Christine Resler

President, ASRC Energy Services

Christine Resler leads a purpose-driven innovation culture at ASRC Energy Services, LLC (AES). With over 2,500 employees, AES is the largest energy solutions company in Alaska and a subsidiary of Arctic Slope Regional Corporation. Resler’s primary focus at AES is to ensure the organization transitions and diversifies with our changing energy landscape while delivering the highest attention to safety, service quality, and operational excellence in AES’ core business. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated success in creating and sustaining high-performing collaborative teams, acquiring and integrating organizations, increasing profitability and long-term returns through innovation and continuous improvement, and optimizing capital structure and strategy within publicly traded and private companies.

Resler has over 25 years of experience in senior management leadership, guiding organizations through integration and change, technology development and commercialization, teaching, and finance including mergers and acquisitions. Resler was recently inducted into the Alaska Innovators Hall of Fame. She is part of a working for carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) in collaboration with Alaska’s Department of Natural Resources. She is an officer of the board for the Alaska Resource Development Council, on the board of Lifting Solutions – an ARC Financial portfolio company, and on the board of the American Petroleum Institute.

Resler received her master’s in business administration, with a concentration in finance and entrepreneurial business, from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. Her undergraduate degree is in economics and political science with a concentration in finance from Boston University. She also attended Harvard University and received a certification in the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative program that equips leaders with the skills, knowledge, and abilities required to effectively lead during a crisis.

Resler is a wife and mother of three young adults. She enjoys Pilates, horseback riding, fly fishing, skiing, cooking, and gardening.
