Tramond Baisden is currently a Geologist for Shell, supporting Deepwater Gulf of Mexico development and production and President of the National Association of Black Geoscientists. He is a passionate leader in STEM outreach and education, advocating for increased access to opportunities, especially for underrepresented groups. Tramond holds a BS in Mathematics from Fort Valley State University and both a BS and MS in Geosciences from Penn State.
