Trey Martin began his career at Chesapeake Energy and held various positions as an Operations Engineer and Development Team Advisor. Following Chesapeake he became an Associate at Tailwater Capital, LLC where he developed technical and investment evaluations for the upstream non-operated and midstream investment funds. Following graduate school Trey joined EPIC Midstream as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis then moved on to StarTex Field Services, a San Antonio based midstream company, as the Vice President of Corporate Development.  Trey became the Chief Executive Officer of StarTex Field Services in 2022. Trey holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with Concentrations in Energy and Finance, a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
