Dr. Ibraheem Alhashim is an AI Director at the Saudi Artificial Intelligence Company (SCAI), where he develops cutting-edge AI solutions for smart cities. Previously, he served as a Senior Data Scientist at the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), leading impactful AI projects like ALLaM and Tahseen, as well as other projects in the media and energy sectors. Dr. Alhashim earned his Ph.D. from Simon Fraser University, Canada, in 2016, followed by a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Visual Computing Center at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in 2017. An accomplished researcher, he has published extensively in leading computing conferences, including CVPR, ECCV, and SIGGRAPH.
