Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel
Accommodation is NOT included in the symposium registration fee. A limited number of rooms are available at discounted rates at the Banff Springs Hotel until 25 Sept 2024. After this date, rooms and rates are subject to hotel availability.

The SPE Group Rate for the Fairmont Hotel starts at CAD 285/night + taxes & fees.
This rate applies to the three days before the event date (Oct 25, 26, 27) and are subject to availability. Bring the family out pre workshop and enjoy some additional time in the mountains.
*Important* - New Cancellation Deadline
The Banff Springs Hotel has changed their cancellation deadline, it is now 14 days prior to your check-in date.
Any reservation cancellations made after this date, no shows, and/or early departures, will be charged 100% of the applicable reservation room and tax charges, including any non-refundable reservation deposits taken will be retained by the hotel.
Additionally, the Banff Springs Hotel will charge your credit card the entire amount of your hotel reservation 14 days prior to your arrival day. This is non-refundable.
