Houbu Li is the convenor of the ISO TC67/ SC5/ WG5 lined tubing and casing, the project leader of the ISO PAS 24565，ISO PAS 16846 and ISO PAS 25565. He had a long career in scientific research, quality inspection, technical services and standardization of non-metallic composite pipes and equipment for oil and gas and new energy storage and transportation.
