Ioannis Inepekoglou was born in Greece and graduated from the University of Ioannina with a BSc in Chemistry in 2000. Specializing in polymers and industrial chemistry, he began his career as a Research Chemist at Tikkurila, where he focused on developing and testing new coating polymers. In 2008, he was promoted to Laboratory Team Leader, assuming additional responsibilities for product quality and technical support.

In 2012, Ioannis Inepekoglou transitioned to Borouge as a Product Owner and Application Development Engineer. Over nearly six years, he led significant innovation projects and played a pivotal role in introducing new grades to the infrastructure market.

In 2018, he took on the role of Application Marketing Manager at Borouge, overseeing applications in the Industrial and Construction sectors. His responsibilities expanded to include managing Oil & Gas applications and Steel Pipe Coating grades.
