With over 26 years of experience, Khaisar has extensive expertise in polymers and composites used in high-pressure applications, particularly in aggressive environments across the Energy, Utilities, and Infrastructure sectors in the Middle East. Holding an MBA from New York Institute of Technology and a B.Eng., Khaisar has a proven track record in project strategizing, technology management, operations, and quality diligence. He has spearheaded innovation, efficiency, and compliance across global teams, working with key stakeholders across the non-metallics value chain, including Energy, resin, producers, sector regulators, asset owners, engineers, manufacturers, and contractors.
