Bio

Martina Panitzek is an accomplished engineer and business leader within the AVANCO Group, a global pioneer in composite materials. Since beginning her career in 2010, she has excelled in various leadership roles, demonstrating a strong track record of innovation and growth within the group.

Initially focused on the automotive sector, she advanced lightweight applications and industrialized high-quality composite products. Currently, Ms. Panitzek spearheads business development for the oil and gas market, leveraging advanced composites to address industry challenges. Her work is focused on enhancing durability under extreme conditions, reducing tool weight, and improving corrosion resistance in harsh environments. Additionally, she contributes to sustainability by developing solutions that reduce maintenance requirements and extend product lifecycles.

To complement her technical expertise, Martina has pursued a part-time Master’s degree in Business Administration at Hochschule Darmstadt since 2022, enhancing her strategic and leadership capabilities within the AVANCO Group.
