Mona Ahmed Balalaa is a Manager, Industrial and Ecosystem Development at ADNOC's Commercial & In-Country Value Directorate. She leads the identification of local market and manufacturing opportunities to diversify the UAE economy and create jobs for Emiratis. She collaborates with local and global ecosystem partners to generate new revenue streams. With over 15 years of experience at ADNOC, starting in Procurement, she holds a Bachelor of Business and an Executive MBA from UAE universities. She is certified by CIPS as a member and ICF as a coach.
