Recep Yaldiz (Staff Scientist, Advanced Applicatiojns, SABIC Corporate T&I, The Netherlands) obtained his MSc degree from Delft University of Technology, Aerospace Engineering (departments: Constructions & Computational Mechanics + Production Technology). After that, he worked about a year at AIRBUS in Germany on the development of A380 double deck aircraft. He then returned back to the Netherlands and worked 4 years at DSM as an Application Development Engineer. Recep joined SABIC in January 2008 and worked on the development of applications with

thermoplastic composites. He has built ample experience on application development with continuous fibre reinforced thermoplastic composites, Polyolefins & Engineering Thermoplastics. During the last period, he has been leading thermoplastic UD tape technical development programs for Oil & Gas applications related to Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes.
