Ola Miljeteig is currently Vice President for CCS Solutions within Equinor’s Technology, digital and innovation business area. His responsibilities cover research, technology development and technology implementation within CCS value chains – including CO2 capture, transport, storage and monitoring. He also has several external roles in the CCS space, amongst others as Chair of the Board for the Norwegian CCS research centre, and previously as Chair for IOGP’s CCS committee.

Mr. Miljeteig holds a Master’s degree in Petroleum Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), and has spent his career working for Equinor as an engineer and leader within field development, operations and R&D. Though most of his career has been related to hydrocarbons, the last years have been dedicated to solving challenges and pursuing opportunities within CCS value chains.
