Collecting Your Badge

Conference Delegates and Students

Badges can be collected at the Registration Counters located at the Grand Ballroom Foyer during the following times:

  • Monday, 14 October: 1200 – 1800 hours

  • Tuesday, 15 October: 0730 – 1830 hours

  • Wednesday, 16 October: 0730 – 1730 hours

  • Thursday, 17 October: 0800 - 1730 hours

Exhibitors

Exhibitor badges can be collected at the Registration Counters located at the Grand Ballroom Foyer during the following times:

  • Monday, 14 October 2024: 1200-1800 hours
  • Tuesday, 15 October 2024: 0730-1830 hours
  • Wednesday,16 October 2024: 0730-1730 hours
  • Thursday, 17 October 2024: 0800-1730 hours

Visitors

Badges can be collected at the Registration Counters located at the Grand Ballroom Foyer during the following times:

  • Tuesday, 15 October: 0730 - 1830 hours
  • Wednesday, 16 October: 0730 - 1730 hours
  • Thursday, 17 October: 0800 - 1730 hours

Admission Policy

Badges are required for admission into the event area and must be worn at all times during event days.

  • All registered attendees are required to provide the following documents for verification of registration and legitimate business to enter and access the event venue:
    • Your unique registration confirmation email
    • Valid and official photo identification card/document
    • ** Failure to present the necessary identification documents for verification will result in non-admission.
  • Event badges are strictly non-transferable.
  • Use of a badge by a person not named on the badge is grounds for removal and confiscation.
  • SPE reserves the right to pre-qualify and verify all attendees for registration and legitimate business before providing further admission information.

Your Safety is Our Priority

SPE is committed to the safety and well-being of all attendees. Please take note of the following safety and security measures:

  • Medical assistance is available from Tuesday, 15 October – Thursday, 16 October.
  • Security checkpoints will be in effect at the main entrances to the event area. To avoid delays, please do not bring large bags or bulky items.
  • No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the exhibition hall during the official show hours.
  • No outside food and drinks are allowed in the event area, exhibition hall and conference session rooms. 
  • Event badges must be worn at all times within the event area.
  • Event badges are non-transferable.
  • Using a badge assigned to another person is grounds for confiscation.
  • Some sessions may become overcrowded due to their popularity. SPE must adhere to room capacity policies in such cases. To ensure access to sessions, please ensure to arrive early.
  • In the event of an emergency, SPE and/or venue staff will provide attendees with the necessary information and instructions.
