Hotel reservations can be made online or call 1-888-746-7625 to make their reservations. Attendees should identify themselves as being part of SPE 2025, or group code 250421sped in order to receive the group rates.
IMPORTANT: Hotel Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the program arrival (April 7 2025). Any reservation cancellations made after this date, No Shows, and/or Early Departures, will be charged 100% of the applicable reservation room and tax charges, including any non-refundable reservation deposits taken will be retained by the hotel.
