We are thrilled to be hosting the 2025 edition at the Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport.

Registration fees do not include accommodation. However, SPE has negotiated a special room tariff with the Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport for delegates attending the workshop. Upon registration you will receive details on how to book directly through the hotel in a confirmation email.

Room rate (from): DKK 2,095 per night incl. breakfast, taxes, and fees

Travel Information for Copenhagen City

To travel from the Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport to Copenhagen city center using public transport, you have several convenient options:

Metro: The hotel is directly connected to Copenhagen Airport's Terminal 3, where you can access the M2 metro line. Trains depart frequently and reach central Copenhagen stations like Nørreport in approximately 15 minutes.

Bus: Bus 5C operates from the airport to Copenhagen Central Station, with a journey time of around 35 minutes. The bus stop is located just outside Terminal 3.

Train: DSB trains are available from the airport's train station, also situated near Terminal 3. These trains provide quick access to Copenhagen Central Station in about 13 minutes.

All these options offer efficient and regular services to the city center, allowing you to choose the most convenient method based on your schedule and destination.
