From Fundamentals to Futures: Revolutionising WRFM with Innovation and Integration

In today’s rapidly evolving energy landscape, Well, Reservoir, and Facilities Management (WRFM) must evolve beyond traditional methods to deliver sustainable value.

The SPE Workshop: Well, Reservoir and Facilities Management (WRFM) - Unlocking Value through Innovation, Integration, and Sustainability will delve into the core principles of effective field management, while incorporating cutting-edge strategies and technologies to enhance operational efficiency, optimise resources, and drive long-term profitability.

With innovation as a central driver, the workshop will uncover hidden value within existing assets by applying fundamentals of field management, alongside advancements in digitalisation, data analytics, and AI to enhance decision-making processes. Participants will gain valuable insights into integration strategies that align subsurface, wells, and surface facilities, enabling seamless workflows and maximising asset performance.

Through interactive sessions, case studies, and panel discussions, participants will hear actionable solutions and lessons learnt from industry experts and thought leaders. This workshop will equip them with the tools to adopt forward-thinking WRFM approaches that deliver measurable results across the entire asset lifecycle—from development and production to late-life management.
