Technical and ePoster Sessions
Technical session's presenter will have 15 minutes presentation time and 5 minutes Q&A. Per the guidelines provided, please be sure to include the following information in the header or footer on each slide:
Please submit PowerPoint presentation to the Presentation Management Site for the committee/session chairs to review prior to the conference. Please bring the final version of the presentation to the conference on a USB drive, as a backup copy.
Upon arrival at the venue, author is required to report to Author/Speaker Check-In Room to confirm the participation at scheduled time.
ePoster presenter will need to be at the assigned ePoster station 15 minutes before the ePoster session starts for final check of PowerPoint presentation. Author is to advise to be prepared to fill in a technical session presentation should there be a no-show or late withdraw
