• Cancellation requests must be received in writing by 16 July 2024 to qualify for a refund less a processing fee of USD 150 (USD 15 for all Student registrations). Please send requests by email to registration@spe.org.
• Cancellations will be processed within 14 business days.  Substitution or replacement names will be accepted.
• Cancellation requests received after 16 July 2024 will not be refunded. No refunds will be given if the delegate fails to attend.

• Badges will be available for pick-up on-site at the registration desk.
• For security purposes, please wear your badge at all times. 
• A fee of USD 20 will be charged for badge reprints.

Any income from this event will be invested back into SPE to support many other Society programs. When you attend an SPE event, you help provide even more opportunities for industry professionals to enhance their technical and professional competence. Scholarships, certification, the Distinguished Lecturer program and SPE’s energy education program, Energy4me, are just a few examples that are supported by SPE. 

Attendance at or participation in SPE events and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to SPE’s use and distribution of the registrant’s image or voice in promoting future SPE events in any way SPE deems appropriate.
