TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registration Fee
- Workshop fee includes technical sessions, released presentations, attendee list, certificate of participation, 2.4 CEUs (Continuing Education Units), welcome coffee, lunches, coffee breaks, and reception.
- Fee DOES NOT include accommodation. Visit the Travel and Accommodations page for more details.
- All outstanding payments must be received on or prior to the date of the event for participants to be allowed to attend. SPE reserves the right to cancel the registration if no payment is received prior to or on the date of the event.
- Full fee is charged regardless of the length of time the Participant attends the event and cannot be pro-rated
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by SPE in writing on or before 8 August for refund of registration fees, less USD 75 administration fee. Send cancellation requests to registration@spe.org. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 8 August.
- Participant who failed to attend will not be eligible for a refund.
