What We're Looking For

We are seeking innovations specifically related to Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESPs) used in oil and gas or geothermal energy production. Your ideas must be:

  • Innovative and Impactful: Offer a new solution or significant improvement in the field.
  • IP-Protected: Ensure your technology is protected by the applicable intellectual property rights.
  • Tangible and Demonstrable: Must present a prototype or an operational model to showcase. Conceptual discussions alone will not be accepted.

Important Information

Confidentiality - No Recordings Allowed: To protect your intellectual property, no recordings will be permitted by any attendees, including the presenter's company.

Mandatory Attendance: Presenters must attend the symposium in person to deliver their demonstrations and attend other technical and social programs. You would like to reap benefits of networking with exclusive group of ESP professionals.

How to Apply

To secure your spot in this transformative event, please prepare a demo abstract (2000 word limit) describing the IP-protected idea or product related to ESP technology in oil and gas production and how you plan to demonstrate it within the 10-minute technical demonstration, inclusive of 2–3 minutes for Q&A. Please also provide proof of intellectual property protection. 

To submit your application, email it to Rajan Chokshi (Rajan.Chokshi@accutants.com) by April 30th 2025. Our panel of experts will review submissions and select the most promising technologies for the event. Applicants will be notified by June 1st whether they were selected or not for one of the technical demonstration slots.

The technical demonstrations will be in held in the prefunction area outside of the exhibition hall. Audiovisual equipment will be provided (large monitor and microphone). If you have any specific needs for your demonstration outside of the AV provided, please note them in the abstract submission.
