This is a non-residential conference. Hotel accommodation is not included in your registration fee. 

SPE has negotiated a discounted room rate with the Renaissance Atyrau Hotel for this conference that you can take advantage of. Discounted room rates are subject to hotel room availability.

• The above-mentioned prices are valid for one room, one night only for the above-mentioned room and period
• Inclusive of internet in the guest rooms
• Inclusive of breakfast
• The standard check-in time is 15.00
• The standard check-out time is 12.00

It is the delegate’s responsibility to obtain their own travel visa where applicable. SPE cannot issue visas, nor can we guarantee they will be obtained. SPE will assist in providing a visa invitation letter, upon request in writing, to confirmed registrants after receiving full payment of registration fees.

Various nationalities are visa-exempt for Kazakhstan. Please visit the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to confirm eligibility.
