Beginning on 12 March 2025, each exhibiting company receives two (2) complimentary Exhibitor Registrations per 100 square feet of booth space purchased for the purpose of registering booth personnel and any third-party contractors.

Any staff needing access to the exhibit floor on show days, (including booth staff and third-party contractors), must be registered as an EXHIBITOR and wearing an EXHIBITOR badge.  Additional EXHIBITOR registrations must be purchased (up to 2 times the complimentary allotment). 

Complimentary and paid exhibitor registration includes access to the exhibition, technical sessions, daily luncheons, reception, and early access to the exhibit floor (1 hour before opening). One Digital Proceedings code will be provided to the exhibiting company's primary contact. 

Press registration includes access to the exhibit floor, the technical sessions, coffee breaks, and reception. It DOES NOT include lunch or the digital proceedings.

To receive a full refund:

• Cancellation requests must be received in writing by 12 Mar 2025 to qualify for a refund less a processing fee of USD 150 (USD 15 for all Student registrations). 
• Cancellations will be processed within 14 business days.  Substitution or replacement names will be accepted.
• Cancellation requests received after 12 Mar 2025 will not be refunded. No refunds will be given if the delegate fails to attend.
