Visa Letter
Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.

Press registration includes access to the exhibit floor, the technical sessions, coffee breaks, and reception. It DOES NOT include lunch or the digital proceedings.

Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund:
- Cancellation requests must be received in writing by 12 Mar 2025 to qualify for a refund less a processing fee of USD 150 (USD 15 for all Student registrations).
- Cancellations will be processed within 14 business days. Substitution or replacement names will be accepted.
- Cancellation requests received after 12 Mar 2025 will not be refunded. No refunds will be given if the delegate fails to attend.
