Exhibitor Registration
Beginning on 12 March 2025, each exhibiting company receives two (2) complimentary Exhibitor Registrations per 100 square feet of booth space purchased for the purpose of registering booth personnel and any third-party contractors.
Any staff needing access to the exhibit floor on show days, (including booth staff and third-party contractors), must be registered as an EXHIBITOR and wearing an EXHIBITOR badge. Additional EXHIBITOR registrations must be purchased (up to 2 times the complimentary allotment).

Visa Letter
Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.
Cancellation Policy
- Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to registration@spe.org and must be received on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on 12 March 2025 to receive a refund, minus a USD 150 administrative processing fee. Cancellation requests received after 12 March 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time are not eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows. If you do not attend and fail to provide written notification in advance of the first day of the event, you will not be eligible for a refund. By registering for the event, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this cancellation policy. Please note that refunds will not be granted if you receive a complimentary guest invitation. No exceptions.
- Student conference registrations are subject to a USD 25 administrative processing fee for cancellations.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitution/replacement registrations are offered as a one-time courtesy as long as a badge has not been printed. Replacing a registered OCC attendee with a business colleague or co-worker will be accepted.
